I wrote a bad review after not reading the instructions, I received a message for the supplier on what was clearly written in the manual and how to us it. It works great and they refunded me asap - I now have to figure a way to pay them back.

Purchased 9 months ago. Haven't had to use for a few months, plugged it in and went to turn it on and it's no longer working. Contacted the seller and they indicated they no longer sell the item and I'm supposed to contact the manufacturer, but I can't track down the manufacturer. Instruction manual indicates there's a 1 year warranty, but there's no contact information available. Huge waste of money!

I unboxed and plugged the device in immediately upon receipt. Nothing lit up or indicated it was charging, so I left it for a few hours. I then unplugged the device and attempted to turn it on -- it wouldn't turn on. I plugged it back in and it was able to power on, but I cant be tethered to a 12-inch USB cord while using the thing, so I opted to return it.

I waited to provide a review for this one to see how well it worked on canker sores. It worked really well. I didn’t need for about all two months, then tried to use again and it no longer worked. Emailed the company and they were very responsive. Have to be careful when clicking the top into the base.

I was skeptical however it seems to work.Before, I was having a coldsore outbreak almost every month for the past year. Frustrated, I decided to give this a try. As soon as I started to feel a tingle I would use this 2-3x a day. I would still get a cold sore every so often for the first few months, but the outbreak was minor and healed faster. After about 2 months I stopped getting cold sores. Its now been five months with no outbreak.It may not work 100% for everyone but its worth the price to try if you're having regular outbreaks.This one dosnt have a built-in battery. Youre going to want a USB battery pack or a really long USB-C cable. Theres a high pitched whine while operating. Its not very loud and since you only use it for a minute or two at a time its not bad.
