It was delivered on time and mixes well. Unfortunately it does have a strong medicinal flavor to it. I have a good tolerance for quickly downing bad tasting medicine from growing up in the 70’s when oral medicine tasted bad and no cared that it didn’t. Lol! However, it has a strong medicinal taste so I mix it with my flavored pre-workout and drink it fast. As far as building muscle mass, I am not sure yet, but I wanted to leave a review on taste in case someone is intolerable to strong medicinal flavors. I did buy the flavorless version. I will look for flavored or capsules next time.

Supplements, are considered "Food" by the FDA, so regulations are much looser than for drugs. In addition, claims regarding efficacy aren't often backed by science, so I don't review supplements based on those claims. There are simply too many personal variable to definitively determine how a supplement will affect an individual. So instead I rate them based on 3rd party testing, the company's reputation, and dosage cost.PrimaForce states that their products are 3rd party tested, and I was able to verify past lab testing results. So all's good on that front.The company has a strong reputation in the Bodybuilding community, and their pedigree goes back many years. They state that their products are made in a GMP compliant FDA registered facility. I was able to verify those claims too.Dosage cost is quite reasonable at about $0.18 per per dose. The powder dissolves easily and just tastes like unflavored powder (so kind of like chalk), so I tossed it into my electrolyte drink.Based on the manufacturer, the quality, and the cost, this is a 5 star product. Recommended.

L-Leucine is an essential amino acid (and branched-chain amino acid), and is touted to help with muscle growth and recovery. The benefits appear to be tied to resistance training (versus non-training). Leucine also helps regulate blood sugar. This product is a cost-effective way to add a branched chain amino acid, as there are 200 servings per container. Each serving is 5 grams (slightly more than recommended daily dose of 3-4 grams). The supplement is unflavored, and I have added it to coffee to mask any slight taste. The product seems to be a pure, good quality. I highly recommend it.

For those that don't know, it helps your body convert more protein into muscle. Whatever you put it in will be more bitter however, not by much though. Depending on your use, should last at least 2 months, so it's worth the increased bioavailability.

This is a huge container. I've been mixing it in my smoothies in the morning with protein after my workouts. It's definitely helping me recover and grow new muscle. This can also help with metabolism and weight loss. With a scoop a day of this powder I'm probably going to not need any more for the next 6 months. This is a fantastic deal and I highly recommend this brand.

I won’t get my money back but if you purchase this you’ll be just as sorry. I could not get the first sip swallowed.

I am losing weight drinking two servings per day. Downside is that it does not taste good.
