Effective in no biting but not a strenghtner.
Has a very awful taste that makes me skip biting my nails. Effective in making me stop biting any more, a habit 20 years old. Turns yellow if you eat something. Chips off every 2 days. Not effective in strengthening my nails. Good quality.

So it does what it saysBut in my opinion it's a bit overpricedthen also the package and the small bottle is kind of really cute.It does prevent the frequent nail biting habits and is really bitter so even sometimes when ur eating ur daily food by hand it might taste bitter.It smells kinda nice after applying, like a transparent nail polish.The nails turn yellow just after having a meal and kinda makes them look bad. Also after drying it becomes kind of flakey and starts to wear off. So u have to reapply approx every 3-4 days.

Taste Awful but that's the whole point
Effectiveness: Excellent. I eventually stop biting my nails because every time I try, a terrible taste appears in my head.Smell: I believe it has no smell; it doesn't smell at all, but the taste is awful.Value for money: It is definitely worthwhile. It help me out really wellIn addition to drying quickly, it gives my nails a glossy finish.I have to reapply after two to three days.It's a no-brainer to purchase this if your nail-biting habit is bothering you.

Worst thing to put anywhere near your body!
Just don’t buy it. The smell and taste remains on your hands and any surface you touch for days. I couldn’t get it off my nails, fingers and mouth even 2 days after application. You are better off without nails than using this!

Worked like magic
My 8 year old daughter stopped nail biting and thumb sucking within 4 weeks completely. I kept applying this evry alternate day and reminded that this is poison and not good. Eventually she quit the habit. So happy with this product.
