I can’t recommend this fondant highly enough. If you want a perfect finish, fondant that is quick and easy to work with providing that flawless result required for wedding cakes - trust me and give this a try. You won’t regret it. It is expensive compared to other brands but as the saying goes ‘You can’t make a silk purse from a pigs ear’ and I’ve found that to be true when trying to reach the stage required for wedding cakes. It’s the only fondant I use now. 5* every time.
