Got this for the summer heatwaves as we have 2 young children and 2 small dogs that can’t handle the heat and sometimes it’s just to hot for a fan.. this is perfect to cool down a room but does struggle over larger areas I.e a landing or hallway trying to blow cool air into a few different rooms but it was never designed to do that. So is perfect to cool down one room at a time, it’s a bit heavy and the pipe that needs to be put out a window is a bit annoying to set up but once in place stays in place and the main unit has wheels so can be moved easily. Can be noisy but we have a young baby and it hasn’t ever been loud enough to wake her. Would highly recommend this.

Unfortunately the unit arrived yesterday got to say sound very quiet look lovely but unfortunately there’s is no way this unit is suitable for my small 10 ft by 11 ft bedroom had it on maybe 6 hours and 20 degrees was the best it could do .It was only 23 degrees b4 .I have a older 1 that takes my room down to 18 luckily I still have it .I thought the unit would at least blow out cold air it dose not

Arrived with broken wheel, contacted seller who were unable to supply a replacement.Due to health issues & it being a heatwave we used the AC unit for 2 days, standing the broken corner on a block of wood.The unit itself is cheap looking, appeared wrapped rather than painted.It was noisy in comparison to other units we've had & it had a constant irritating high pitch squeal when running.It did cool the room but you would need a good set of ear plugs if you wanted to run it overnight.Connecting to the WiFi was a non starter, you need to download an App that was useless.With the broken wheel & the squeal I wasn't convinced it hadn't been dropped so after much deliberation with customer services ( in china) they agreed we could return it & they arranged a courier to collect, who despite texting every day for 6 days never appeared to collect.Day 7 we eventually returned the item & a full refund was recieved within the week.I would not buy or recommend this product it is rubbish.

Don’t know how I’ve managed without this a/c unit with all warm weather we’ve been having here in the U.K recently, we currently have this in our bedroom and switch it on about about 40 mins before we go to bed and it cools the room to a very nice 18 degrees (it can cool down to 16 degrees but we found 18 was the sweet spot for us) It can be operated via the remote control or via the app which you can set up on your phone, there are also controls on the top of the unit. It does need to be situated close to a window so that the exhaust pipe it comes with can be vented out of a window. The unit itself is quite large and the exhaust pipe which attaches to the back of the unit looks a bit unsightly in the bedroom, however, this is a small price to pay when you need a cool, comfortable nights sleep. We managed to buy this at the end of May this year and paid £209.00, I’ve noticed it’s now well over £300.00.All in all a very good purchase and yes, I recommend it - especially at the price we paid. It can also be used as a fan as well as a de-humidifier but I’ve not used either of those functions yet.

Blows out cold air like an aircon-unit should but seeing as though most double glazed windows open outwards the attachment provided is no good. Also the unit is very loud which personally doesn't bother me but may bother some people.As it's clearly advertised about the window attachment I can't mark it down too much but would be nice if they looked into improving this.

Does what it says on the box, but quite loud even on low. Works with smart life app, but can't set up with alexa after multiple tries!
