I'm a size 10, and it can go all around me.

Q: can you wash this item in a washing machine? or put in dryer?

i usually wash it in the sink with baking soda and ones i washed in the washer. it comes with cleaning instructions.

Q: How do you get it on without help and without it moving once it's on?

Once I rub castor oil on my stomach, I place the wrap. Once wrap is strapped it does not move. I leave on all night when I sleep, take off in the morning 🌄, shower. Repeat at night 🌙.
