Q: One of the clasps has broken off my Fitbit. Will this cover work ?

In a word, YES. I bought a set of three straps in different colours. My Fitbit Charge 4 fits perfectly. It’s a wee bit fiddly at first but doesn’t take long to quickly slot the Fitbit in. I’ve found it very comfortable to wear and it’s given a new lease of life to my Fitbit. Hope this helps

Q: Can the button on the side of a Charge 4 fitbit be accessed directly without the need to remove the fitbit from the case?

There is no direct access to the button on the Charge 4 Fitbit when in the watchband but is activated easily as the material is soft and although the band is a little bulky it can still be charged whilst in the band, hope this helps.

Q: Does this strap keep the fitbit waterproof for swimming?

As I understand it Fitbit, with the standard strap is water resistant rather than waterproof. With the Gheper strap the back of the Fitbit is exposed in the same way. So, if it’s used for swimming, additional waterproofing may be advisable. Hope this helps.
