Quite little generator
Honda makes a fantastic generator! If anything it's better than the Yamaha!

Lightweight, Quiet, Easy on fuel, GREAT life.
Bought my first EU1000i in 2013 use it for Boondocking in the desert, the generator pulls gas from a 5 gallon can for extended run, currently has estimated 3500 hrs, starting to burn oil and is getting weak, under full load will smoke and sometime heavy loads will kill the engine, life expectancy has far exceeded my expectations, buying a new one.I will replace the piston rings in old generator and buy the Honda parallel kit from Honda and use as a backup.Like any generator run it out of fuel before long term storage this one has a drain on carburetor, first tank of fresh fuel put 1oz of Seafoam in the gas, keep the air filter clean and oiled.
