Doesn’t work
Very unpleasant & doesn’t work, save your money! I used to Snorelab app to record changes in sleep pattern & volume of sound during the night & it confirmed this actually made it worse!! Tried over a few nights & no improvement at all 😒

Directions for Use: 1. Shake the Snoreeze 14ml Snoring Relief Throat Spray bottle well before each use. 2. Remove the cap from the bottle. 3. Hold the bottle upright and place the nozzle at the back of your throat. 4. Depress the pump to release one or two sprays of the throat spray. 5. Repeat the process if necessary, depending on your individual needs. 6. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 7.
