Love this stuff. I can get very anxious through the day. Work stress, sensory issues, general annoyance lol. This tea does take the edge off so I’m not easily triggered. It also tastes a lot like Earl Grey so I really enjoy it. It instantly became a part of my morning routine.So good.

First time trying this tea honestly the taste is pleasant but the smell reminds me of a towel that hasnt dried properly..lol its still a Good tea would. Buy again my other complaint is the contents of the tea bag started to seep out but eh no big deal

At first I didn't like this tea much. I actually put it away and was going to toss it once I hadn't drank it for a few months. It was far too licorice-y for my taste and not enough of any of the other flavors so I was disappointed.A few weeks later, I was looking for something different from my current selection and saw this one again. I thought, let me give it another try. So I did... and I love this tea. I'll tell you what I did wrong. The back of the pack says to steep up to 15 mins. I normally steep most of my herbal teas for 5-8 minutes so I took 15 mins as a suggestion. It is NOT a suggestion. If you like licorice tea, steep it for 5 mins. If you want the actual flavor of the tea with chamomile, vanilla and honey and barely any licorice, steep it no less than 10 mins. 10-15 is best. I promise, if you like the flavors mentioned in the name of the tea, you will love this tea if you just steep it long enough.

as someone with anxiety this taste really is yum. it’s calming and effective. it allows you to feel the effects without overpowering its truly peaceful and now a staple in my home.

The original stuff is soft, sweet and incredibly biologically friendly, even for me. I am starting to see it disappear though. I don't know if it's a supply issue, or they're getting rid of it or something, but it's incredibly frustrating. There aren't a lot of teas I can drink, and many of them I can't drink for long before my body throws a fit. They are now bringing into circulation something with 'Wellness Support' in the title and it's awful. The taste is so overwhelming that I feel like my head gets overheated and muzzy and my stomach doesn't like me very much. The boxes are similar so watch out!!!Update: 11/15/24 - Two stars lost. I don't know if they even make the original stuff anymore, just the stuff that tastes like herby soap. It's NASTY. Frustrated and sad.
