Very good nighttime tea.
Depending on the brand and the amount of valerian in the mix, some of the nighttime teas taste pretty bad. This strikes a good balance; it seems to have enough of everything so that it works well as a sleepy time tea, and it also tastes quite nice. It’s now my go-to.

Okay, but I prefer the berry one
This tea is calming and has a nice herbal flavor, but it’s not my favorite from Pukka. It’s a bit more earthy than I expected, and while it does help me unwind, I definitely prefer the berry one-I think it's called overnight wellness (?), they nailed the flavor on that one. Still a decent option if you like more traditional herbal blends, just not the one I reach for first.

Better than melatonin
This puts me right into a peaceful 8 hour sleep that I need each night. The flavor and smell are both calming. I view this as a natural alternative to melatonin. Way better for me and gets me rest.

Very tasty tea
Pukka makes some awesome herbal teas. This is one. Don't let the lavender turn you away. Flavors work together for a peaceful cup. Taste good hot or cold.

Hard to find in stores
For some reason, I’ve struggled to find these in stores. I love the flavor and great for an evening ritual.

The flavor is medicine-y, and I don't love it. But I do think it's relaxing. I don't think I'll order it again.
