Calming and Good for Bedtime Routine
This is my favorite Tonie! The Captain’s voice is great and calming. The pirate breath is fun to do with my two year old as we are rocking and listening. I recommend adding to your bedtime routine.

My 3 and 5 year old boys love this. Knocks them right out at bedtime and they love to do the “pirate breaths”. My 5 year old even tells the story along with the tonie sometimes. Love this for wiggly bedtime kids!

Captain Dreambeard= deeply relaxed child
My absolute favorite Toni for my son! The guided meditation is in a fun pirate setting but eases him into a deep relaxation state or even sleep!

Better than expected
This is so nice my 2 year old loves it. It teaches them how to deal with big feelings and also has such nice calm bedtime stories. I recommend it ! The pirate himself is so cute also.

relaxing exercise
I wasn't expecting at all that the captain was telling my kid how to breath and let loose 😉. it's a super cute idea and if my kid would actually follow, it's a great relaxing technique for children.
