My son, one of his backpack for his senior year of school. It’s now been three months and it seems to be holding up well. We have no complaints. Seems to be about the same price everywhere so can’t we say we got a deal on it but it Does the job?

I did a 2 month wander through Europe with this and a 21 inch roll abroad. I have a MacBoor Air and a iPad mini. Both fit easily along with my travel documents in the main compartment padded pouches secured by the velcro strap. Adapters and misc in the small zipper pocket, sun glasses and reading glasses, a pen, mini flashlight, small notebook in the back pocket and a change of clothes and keen sandals inside with a few other essentials. It has water bottle holders for misc stuff and a water bottle. Stick it on top of your rolling bag, you can grip the top handle and your bag handle at the same time, at least for a Travel Pro. With a small velcro strap you can connect the bag to the handle. It worked way better than my wife's pack that had a handle loop. We ended up doing the same thing with hers.The only downside was that the back pocket had a single zipper slider so it only opened one way. They should have two, it was a little awkward sometimes, especially accessing it when the bag is over one shoulder. The mesh pockets inside saved the day when I left it unzipped once.Good padded straps, top carry handle, I didn't get a second glance by the very restrictive European air carriers. One funny side note, Carhartt has brick and mortar stores in the EU. They are in high end fashion districts and quite expensive. I always associate them with work clothes but they are fashion in the EU.Stylish and useful, can't beat that.

My Dell 15.5" 3520 fit perfect in the laptop slot along with 2 weeks worth of clothes for my trip to Florida. I packed 1 toiletries bag, 6 T shirts, 6 pair of shorts, 1 pair of flip flops, 1 long sleeve T shirt, 1 pair long jogging pants, 4 pair of socks, 6 pair of underwear, 2 swim trunks, 2 - 7 day pill caddies, wallet, check book, keys, cell phone, charging cables for the computer and phone. It fit perfect in the box for a personal bag on my flight to Florida, that way I didn't have to pay extra for a carry on. It's made from the same rugged material that Carhartt is known for. If you plan on hiking in the rain with it, you might want to pack the things you want to keep totally dry in zip lock bags. It's fairly waterproof but not totally.
