Good Screen... but TOUCH DOES NOT WORK ON CCTV SETUP
The whole product was packed well, from the outer box to all the inside bits, in shock proof bags where needed, extra screw if you want to mount it or attach a PI to the rear end, the port being on the read but going sideways is a nice feature allowing you to mount to a wall and not stick out too much, overall picture quality seems Good, and I say good on a scale of 1-10 being a 6 or 7. for the price it seems to do nicely and would be great for a PI or an extension small screen for a Computer.Unfortunately I purchased this as I wanted to wall mount a CCTV setup on the wall and decided to go for a small, compact screen that can be mounted with touch features so I don't need a mouse to navigate. The bad news was that plugging the required cables into the back and into my CCTV box the touchscreen DOES NOT work. I believe the touchscreen only works with required linked items... e.g. a Raspberry PI with the correct info files, or a PC that can activate the touch screen.I have noticed when connecting via the USB ports of the CCTV box I can plug in the micro USB into ether the Power port or the Touch port on the screen and both will supply power to the screen so both are not required it seems. But no matter what cables I tested and if I tried 1 cable or 2 cables in at the same time the touch does not work on my current Sannce CCTV box. I am unsure if this is something the monitor can maybe update at a later date or on future models or if this is the CCTV box not compatible with touchscreen.Due to this issue I have opted to give 3 star overall, this is a personal opinion based on my current situation of purchase and its use. It could be an easy 4 or 5 star for others using it for anything other than CCTV setups.

Good cctv monitor
Used this as a cctv monitor for one of my customers. Works great but don’t expect the touch screen to work for cctv as it will not

Plug & Play Raspberry Pi 5 - Smart Home Dashboard
This is an excellent monitor for the Raspberry Pi 5. No config changes needed and everything just worked including the touchscreen. The instructions suggested you might need to change some details in a config file but this was not the case with the Pi 5 and latest OS. The touchscreen is responsive and accurate and the image quality is excellent. I'm using it to display a smart hone dashboard Sharp Tools and its perfect. There is an adjustable brightness button allowing the screen to get really bright, but I set it to 20% which is plenty for my use case. The stand which comes with it isn't great but I 3D printed one out to fit.The included cables are a little long when using the Pi mounted to the back but I changed them out for shorter ones and glued cable tie anchors to the back of the screen for cable management.

Bright and clear
Great screen, which I use with a raspberry pi mounted behind. I like that the connectors are recessed and not on the edge of the screen like so many other models.

Perfect for my volumio project
The media could not be loaded. I bought this screen to use as an interface for my Raspberry Pi Volumio project. I connected a Pi5 4GB and an IQaudio DAC Pro and as you can see from the video it works really well. The screen is very responsive and is pretty perfect to be honest. The connections are actually recessed on the back so they're not directly on the side of the screen so you can hide the wires. Comes with instructions and the details necessary to add the screen to the config file needed for Volumio to recognise it. I've knocked a star off though as the stand it comes with is really poor. It's 2 pretty flimsy pieces of wood that aren't even totally black so they look a bit naff. They do a job but they don't look good at all. I will stick with them until I can either find a better solution or craft something else myself.

Very useful
The screen is proving very useful, easy to read and the touch screen facilities are especially good

This is a device for pressing buttons, not a monitor as such
Arrived without any instructions whatsoever. Takes up TWO USB ports on your computer, and the other end of the cable is antiquated micro-USB ports. The cables are short and the connection process is awkward. The device looks like it's been taped together by middle schoolers, like an electronics hobby project. I think there is one real application to something like this. It's a scenario that it will be used in a workshop, on a desk, not for travelling or anything of that description. Also, unless your intention is to press buttons and other blob-like objects, the touch function is extremely frustrating. The legs supplied are precarious, and you have to be very careful not to bump the device with your hands. If you were thinking of using this as a small extra monitor, a mistake I made, then know that scrolling is a nightmare unless you have a stylus. And if you do have to use a stylus, the whole thing becomes too involved to be useful, since I got the touch screen to make my life easier, not to start needing a stylus to use the touch screen. All in all, I really don't recommend getting this unless you want it for your scope/Raspberry Pi or other workshop device and don't overly care about how it looks, how awkward it is, etc. It's a flimsy, poorly thought out, awkward device.
