Worst experience ever- Amazon is spoiling it's brand image
We were literally very happy to have the notebook and it worked fine for a month and suddenly it started having rebooting issues when we called customer care they were helpful and mentioned that the replacement day has passed and they can't really do anything, also there is no warranty with the same.We really felt cheated.So I am surprised why Amazon is doing this and spoiling the brand image.

New, not refurbished
The laptop arrived in generic packaging, but upon taking it out it was apparent that this isn’t at all used, not a single scuff mark, the ports were firm when plugging things into them like they are with new laptops, and the Win10 install on it was bloatware freeI was also pleasantly surprised to learn that I received the i5 8365u instead of the advertised 8265u, along with a fingerprint sensor, Backlit keyboard, and Thunderbolt 3 (all optional on this model so you may or may not have them)The charger was a barrel plug not type c which is fine because that allowed me to test the barrel plug port as well as the type c (wouldn’t have ran out to buy a barrel charger if it didn’t come with it) and overall I don’t have any complaints about this device, screen was pleasantly bright, and the battery was at 95% health which is good enough for 6-7h of internet browsing at 80% brightness (it’s a 2019 U processor so you can’t do much besides web browsing and MS Office and similar tasks on it but it does them beautifully and without hiccups exactly like my 1500$ laptop)In fact comparing it to my aforementioned laptop it has S3 sleep which means I can close the lid and leave it sleeping for 12-16 hours and return to find it lost no battery and it boots right up within 2 secondsThe bios on those Dell machines is also unmatched, you can tinker with everything big and smallAnd finally the nvme SSD isn’t the fastest Gen 3 drive but I was surprised by the speeds it got in crystaldiskmark compared to my other more expensive high end Gen3 drive, also it had 100% drive health so again.. new laptop
