Fairly easy install. It is secure and looks clean. Just make sure you have the proper bit for your drill (ie masonry bit for brick). The reel works great. The sprayer isn’t the best but you can replace if you want. Purchased a second one for the front yard.

This is amazing and it looks sooo much nicer than the traditional hose holder that sits on the ground. I was nervous before buying it that it would tangle inside but it comes out and retracts so easily! And the hose is long enough for all of my needs! Great product and highly recommend!!

WE love this hose reel. It re-tracks easily without ripping your hand off. It rotates from side to side so can easily push it out of the way. Hose length is long enough for our needs of washing vehicles. We actually like it so much, we ordered another one for our pole barn. Good quality. Only downfall if any, is if you don't have room to push it to the side it's a bit bulky.

The product is amazing! A very smooth retraction with the hose, and super easy to install. The only downside is that the hand held sprayer that comes with the unit is very frail and already broke after only using it a second time. Would be awesome if they'd send me a replacement ;-)

Installed on a dock piling. Used to wash down my boat after salt water cruises. Took 5-10 mins to installAfter use turn off water to release water pressure then stand at unit end holding hose gently pull to retract. Do not hold sprayer end during retraction as the hose will tangle.This unit was a great addition to my maintenance.
