Great device!!
It started with a sound trauma that only lasted 3 seconds but I went to doctors and they said my hearing was normal but I had rumbling in one ear like a blown speaker at certain frequencies and decibels. They treated me with the high-powered steroids orally and injected into my eardrum and nothing made it better. I bought this device to give it a try and immediately could get relief from the Distortion as long as I had air in my ear drum inner ear. I've been using it about 2 weeks now and my distorted hearing is becoming clearer. I don't know if it's taking pressure off of whatever is causing the vibration but this device is helping me tremendously. Could be that it's equalizing the pressure between my ears . I plan to keep using it. The doctors pretty much gave up on any further treatment. I personally believe it's eustachian tube dysfunction but no one will treat me for that so I had to take matters into my own hands. I would recommend this device to anyone that has this same type of issue. I play bass guitar and sound Distortion is one of the worst things to have when using this instrument. It's really strange how the Distortion clears up immediately when I pump air into that ear. I would recommend it to anyone

It works!!!
It works! I could not pop my ears by swallowing or pinching my nose and blowing gently. I needed to because my Eustachian tubes were not draining well and causing some dizziness. My ENT suggested trying this device and it did take a couple of tries before I figured out the process but it does work consistently now. I recommend holding down the button then placing it against the nostril. You will feel the air move as a cooling sensation in the nostril when it is in place correctly. I count to ten while closing the other nostril with my finger and then swallow the large mouth full of water. I then do the other side for good measure.

Effective for some
I've had a massively plugged ear for about a week, following a cold. Despite trying what seems like everything (Valsava/yawning, decongestants, nasal sprays/rinses, steam/heat pad, massages, even antibiotics), nothing seems to help- I've been living on Youtube, desperate to find some kind of remedy. I've always struggled a bit with clearing my ear/eustachian tubes, but this time is more extreme and would not budge.Despite the mixed reviews here on Amazon and other forums, and out of desperation, I decided to give it a go. Although the airflow appears to be very mild, once in use, it's actually quite effective and I can see why it would work for so many. Unfortunately, it didn't quite work for my plugged ear, though it did pop my other, slightly stuffy ear- and it also worked for my husband. For some reason, the air wants to blow back into my mouth, so not sure if it's user error (I followed directions and watched several videos), or I have a defective nose canal lol. I am able to get enough air to partially push out my eardrum, it's just not quite enough. While it's quite spendy for what it is (even as I purchased on sale), it's still definitely worth giving a try if you find yourself in desperation...

Don’t wast your money!
Don’t waste your time or money. It’s the equivalent of plugging your nose and trying to blow air out of it. In fact, you actually get better results from doing just that.I had a bad sinus infection that resulted in lingering distraction tube dysfunction and my hearing was muffled for a couple months. Was desperate to get my ears unclogged so I tried this and it was the same as when I would try to pop my ears by plugging my nose and trying to blow air out of it.

Eustachi is life changing. Follow their updated website instructions from 10/2024.
TAKE A BIG GULP OF WATER AND HOLD IT IN YOUR MOUTH WHILE YOU USE THE EUSTACHI. (AND THEN SWALLOW)I buy a lot on Amazon and hardly take the time to review because I don't trust the reviews and also, I'm rarely blown away but this Eustachi product has changed my life.Once I hit 40y I seemed to develop a eustachian tube dysfunction. I'm sure my chronic allergies don't help.Every time I get sick, I have horrible ear pain congestion and cannot clear my ears.... Until I stumbled upon this product. This product is incredible!!It is the only thing that helps to open up my eustachian tubes. No medications seem to help.***The very important trick is the updated website rec from 10/2024 which is to = TAKE A BIG GULP OF WATER AND HOLD IT IN YOUR MOUTH WHILE YOU USE THE EUSTACHI AND THEN SWALLOW*** GO ON THEIR WEBSITE for exact directions. Without this tip, it did not help me.

So simple to use-and it works.
I've been dealing with a clogged ear and badly attenuated hearing for 6+ weeks since late March when I had a cold. I tried a lot of different things: Valsalva Method, decongestants, hot compresses, massage therapy (off Youtube), etc. went to an ENT and he suggested Eustachi. At this point I'll try anything. First time I used it I got about 80% of my hearing back. Waited a day to see it would clear itself. It didn't, so next day used it again. Done. I'm restored. Read directions: take a small sip of water, hold it, the put it to you nose, pinch the n other side. One second of air then swallow. You'll hear it blow the tubes out. Easy to use and effective.
