Fantastic love it
I'm so happy with my new hot tub,it is perfect so relaxing, instructions wernt great but I managed to put it together perfectly, I've literally spent every weekend in it so far lovely hit tub definitely worth every penny, it works perfectly great bubbles and so warm, looks fantastic too, thicknesses really good it's very strong, I would not listen to the bad reviews at all the hot tub is perfect

Do not buy
Don't buy this. Had problems with the electrics. If you email Mart 24 you are emailing Germany. The return within 30 days quote a load of rubbish. They would not refund me and expected me to fit a new lead myself. I am not an electrician and surely if I tamper with the electrics it affects the warranty. The lights were impossible would not lie flat on the underneath of the spa as they have been rolled up. I read on here that it loses its shape and you can see that when you fill with water. The telephone number in Suffolk just rings nobody answers it . Terrible service
