Zero stars. Does not work. Either the product I received was defective or the new design is faulty.I used to have the original prototype of this device in the 90’s and it worked great!. The device was slim and ergonomic. The current was mild on minimum setting to very very strong on high setting. You had to start on mild and build up tolerance to the stronger current over time. I used the original prototype device form the 90’s for many years untill it stopped working and My coworkers kept asking me if I had face work done. I didn’t, I was just using that device religiously.Fast forward to 12/2024, I purchased this new device hoping it was replica of the 90’s device.Unfortunately, to my great disappointment, this device I received is nothing like the original 90’s prototype.The current in this new device is so weak on high setting that is barely noticeable. On mild setting you can’t feel any current at all. Plus, this Device is too bulky and awkward to hold. Not worth the any amount of money if it’s not working as it’s supposed to.

Not only does this work but it feels fabulous while you are using it. My face feels very taunt afterwards and my pores are almost invisible. I am 65+ and have been using this for a month. Give it a try.

While I love the trinity, I'll prob buy the mini plus next time but hopefully this will last a few years, if not I will change my review. I bought it during prime week so the price is better than it is now. It lifts and I feel I definitely look younger/better when I use it. I just do the basic routine and use glyercin. I don't like the gel it come with. It's basically useless. The attachments not sure because I rarely use them.

I ordered a NuFace and it was Dead on Arrival. I was lucky that I tested it before Christmas. Swapped it out and received a replacement that went under the tree. At least the replacement works, however I paid full price and I don't think I received a factory-new item. I don't mind at all if someone tried an item and returned it, but this situation is different.The device is so poorly assembled that you see the seams are gapped and mismatched where the plastic housing is joined. If you look close, you can see the internal machinery glinting through the crack in the housing -- it's clearly not going have a normal lifespan or the expected resistance to dust, drops, moisture, wear-and-tear, etc.Additionally, the device was covered with greasy fingerprints and had crusted conductive jelly on the electrical contacts you apply to your face. This could be from Quality Control testing, but I would not expect to receive a dirty device from the factory at this price point. Even the seals on the box were dirty. See photos.I don't mind at all if it was simply returned due to someone not wanting it, but the first one was DOA and the second clearly isn't properly assembled and was dirty. This is a premium beauty device you apply to your face: one expects it to arrive clean, fully functional, and to be able to handle multiple years of use without falling apart. It seems to me that these are either factory seconds or refurbished devices, and I am not okay with paying full price for them. Sending it back.I still intend to buy one and I can see they work from the difference they make on other people, but i think I need to try the other brand and buy direct in a store or salon and open it on the spot.

I specifically bought a Trinity Plus and this attachment in the same order so that they would work together. But, I can see this attachment does not go on the Trinity Plus. At the time I purchased, this information was not on the descrition. Hopefully, based in this review, the description now calls out that it only works with the Trinity and not the Trinity Plus.I am leaving 4 stars instead of 1 star because A) The company allowed me to return the attachment at no cost and B) they sent me a link for the attachment that does work with the Trinity Plus. That attachment seems so good so far, but it is too early to tell how effective it will be in the long run.

I bought this NuFACE micro current device to replace the one I bought several years ago. I like that the attachments and facial lubricant plus the micro current device came as a whole system. This system really works plus it is FDA approved. My skin is looking good. It’s lifted and firmer and I see fewer wrinkles when I look in the mirror.
