Lasts and looks good!
This is a great set, I didn’t realize it would also come with two base and top coats! So many colors and I like that the bottles are smaller. I would rather go through colors more often and get fresh product on a regular basis. There are so many colors here that inevitably someone will go bad that you don’t really use. But it still makes it worth it. The instructions are really good and detailed. My problem area that I’m working on is near the cuticle. In the photos, that’s my left hand, which I do a better job on. My right hand did have a little more peeling where the cuticle line grows out, but I think that’s user ability, because my left hand did great. I did not take a photo of the first day I did them. I took a photo at seven days and then on my pinky and thumb I added a nail sticker and then did a clearcoat over the top. My pinky that the sticker had peeled off, lasted until the evening of day 13 and I was mindlessly picking at it. So if you’re not someone who does that it would be fine. If you are using stickers, I think there’s a fine line between doing a nice thin topcoat so that it hardens really well and getting it thick enough to not have any little edge of the sticker sticking up. Which you could just do two coats I guess, I will probably try that next time. Also, I have a toddler so I wash my hands and clean all day long. Also, between day seven and day 14 my kid got sick and got me sick so there was a lot of cleaning and handwashing. Even more of a testament to how well this polish stayed on. At this point I plan on only buying this brand because it worked so well and is a good price.

My nails suck these are awesome
So I'm grad school broke and have fast-growing nails that are thin-ish and love to split and chip at the ends if they get longer than a mm. I thought these were a different kind of gel - that I'd damage my nails like acrylics/gel/dips do and have to wait months for them to grow out. Nail polish just doesn't stay on my nails and a cute paint job will be gone the moment I shower, or in 2 days, whichever comes first. Enter this stuff. I LOVE IT - this brand is my fav.It takes some learning - you cant get amazing nails the first time with these. DO NOT do anything else before you have the final coat on. Pee first, have everything you need, don't go digging in anything or touch clothing/tissues, don't touch it even to check things - if you do thin layers and bake for 90 seconds it'll be dry. This stuff is sticky even when baked under a UV light and you'll be picking lint off if you do ANYTHING other than go from beginning to end in one sitting. The top coat is fine the moment its time under the UV light is done so you can go full speed when finished. My advice is definitely BUFF your nails lightly with a rough file to rough up the slick surface so it sticks for a long time- dont do so much you injure your nails. Warm up the base coat in your hands (or put it in a warm glass of water while you buff) so it goes on THIN. UV light for 60-90 seconds. For thin or broken nails (I even repaired a broken nail this way) put on a second THIN layer. UV for 90. THEN put on 2-3 layers of a color - each are sheer-ish don't worry it'll be solid by the next layer. This stuff doesn't dry until baked so every single time you apply a layer it gets 60 seconds under the light. 90 if its the tiny light. I do 3 layers of color. If I need a base under a sheer glitter one, I'll do 2 for a solid color the the sheer 1-2 on top. Keep an eye on it getting lumpy - if you put it too much in one area and thin in another there will be thick areas on your nails. Don't get it on your skin, it's a pain to get off later with a cuticle clipper - take advantage of it not drying and carefully wipe off anything on your skin before baking. This stuff will get HOT if you don't do thin layers - like BURNING hot (and you cant remove it). Keep it thin. If you do feel it getting hot remove immediately, let it cool then put it back in. Your top coat (1) will be the hottest of all of them so be ready for heat - usually because it's thicker than the others. If they're not hard as a rock, you didn't bake them long enough. 1-2 layers of THINNEST base, 2-4 layers of color (if you get creative there may be more), 1 layer of top. Mine stay perfect until they grow out so much they need to be changed. You CAN fill them in if you buff down the top coat but you're buying a giant kit like this why not remove them to try another color.ABOUT THAT - consider getting fingerless gloves to protect your skin from the UV light. Some people are sensitive and if you do this too often you might see signs of irritation or even aging after a year or so. I do this about every 3 weeks so it's not bad - and I pamper my skin after with 3 rounds of moisturizer and massages. I don't recommend this type of nail if you do it more than once every 2 weeks - it's not good for your skin. This stuff is meant to STAY on. If you like changing it up a lot, paint a natural nail in the gel polish then paint a regular nail polish type over the top - use a non-acetone remover like SOY POLISH REMOVER that will take off the polish but not mess with the gel nail. When removing the gel nail, I got a cheap electric file to buff it down quickly but you have to have a steady hand - if you don't want to deal with those things get a rough nail file and file down the top coat of all the nails then put on a remover. Some removers paint on, they're not great and have to be done like 4 times - you can get remover dip for gel nails so you can soak them off. There's also the 100% acetone method that you use with a cotton ball torn into 10 pieces and dipped in then applied to the nail with either foil or those clamp things to keep the air away - that sometimes requires 2 rounds - DONT PULL IT OFF - YOUR NAIL LAYERS WILL COME WITH IT. Watch a youtube video and educate yourself so your nail will come out squeaky clean and unharmed.Pamper your naked nails after removal AND after application - cuticle oil and moisturizer - treat your hands too they just went through light trauma. Good luck!

So good!
This gel nail polish set is an absolute dream for anyone who loves doing their own nails! With 60 different colors, the possibilities for creating unique manicures are endless. The range includes everything from vibrant brights to subtle nudes, and even some fun glitters. The inclusion of both a glossy and a matte top coat, as well as a base coat, is fantastic and ensures a long-lasting and professional-looking finish. The bottles are a good size, and the pigmentation of the polishes is excellent – most colors are opaque in just two coats. I also appreciate that this set is compatible with LED lamps, which speeds up the drying time significantly. This kit is a fantastic value for the amount of product and the variety of colors you receive. It would also make a wonderful gift for any nail art enthusiast!

Unexpected Cateye!
Love them. Not marked as such but I’ve found that the color e991 is magnetic, which was a pleasant surprise! It looks great, although if I absolutely had to complain, the detail brush was a bit frayed but I don’t really do much nail art anyway. Will update my review if I find anymore unexpected magnetism

Gel polish
I love beetles brands, if you are just starting out doing gel nails, they have plenty of affordable kits. This kit is a good base to start out with . They cure well and the consistency is there.

Didn’t provide enough instructions for using kit
The colors are great. I am very pleased with the color variety. The kit included basic instructions on applying gel polish to natural nails. However, it did not include instructions on using the magnetic to create the cat eye effect or using the stencils provided. YouTube helped with this. It would be great if the instructions were provided with the product.
