Q: This isnt solar is it?

No it isn't solar but once wired in, it is a sensor for dawn till dusk

Q: Can you use at a front door under a porch will the dawn til dusk still work

if under a porch and should be fine. or if its a porch with glass the no problems. its not a PIR sensor it works with natural daylight and darkness.

Q: The top one stays clear and won’t go to colors no matter what buttons i push on the remote. so i have odd lights please can someone help me out xx
