Q: have any users actually had their child wet the bed and see that its fully waterproof?

Yes waterproof!!! We got ours free with the organic mattress from same makers , (years ago now..) Mattress and cover are still going strong 10 years easily.!!

Q: How is it waterproof its it's only made from cotton?

it’s incredible, we bought this for my sons cot and now bought it for his big boy bed as it’s fully waterproof!!

Q: Is it fully breathable? My son has a plastic backed one at the minute but it makes him sweat really badly

Both front and back of sheet is lovely soft, thick cotton - the waterproof lining is stiched in between them so accident do not go through to the other side. We've had a few accidents - worked perfectly (cotton is so absorbant). No rustling, no sweating - brill product. Only downside is it takes a while to dry, once washed.

Q: Will this fit on a 200x90 single mattress?

The mattress protector is unfitted so can be used with the 90x200cm mattress. Please be aware that you shouldn't attach the elastic around the corners, but rather allow the protector to sit flat :)
