I love this automatic foaming soap dispenser. It is very convenient and helpful. I love fact that I don't have to clean the plunger after using it while baking and needing to clean flour off the soap dispenser. The only issue I had was having it too close to the faucet. I sometimes triggered the dispenser when I didn't mean too. However, repositioning how and where it stood corrected the problem. I use this one in my kitchen and liked it so much, I added another one in my bathroom.

This is a five star hit at our home! This dispenser is used in the kitchen many times each day and works perfectly. It is sleek, stylish, just the right size, so easy to refill. We do use ready-made foaming soap refills so there will be no problems with dispensing. Easy to recharge the battery. Definitely recommend.

Love these soap dispensers! Easy to charge, charge last long time and dependable. Soap solution is very coast effective as you only need a quarter as much.Highly recommended!! Buy it. You will not be disappointed..

This product stopped working after 18 months. I have thoroughly cleaned it and followed the troubleshooting steps. It takes a charge, lights up, but will not pump. Will not make any noise like it is trying to pump. I even blew air through the bottom inlet to see if there was a plug. Residual soap and air comes out. So if you buy it, plan on buying another one every year or so. Tried contacting the company through Amazon, phone is disconnected.

I purchased one of these BEAUTURAL Automatic Foaming Soap Dispensers in September of 2023. We've been using it in our master bathroom for nearly a year. It has worked flawlessly all this time. I have to refill the soap about once a month but I've only had to recharge the battery five or six times. We like this so much I purchased another one a few weeks ago for our kitchen.It takes a little finesse to get the appropriate amount of soap out. The lower I hold my hand, the more soap is dispensed. In most cases I hold my hand about 1/2 inch from the nozzle. There are symbols on the front to show how it works but it may take some practice.I also like the design. There are numerous styles available but many of them look awkward to me. This unit is very sleek and looks clean. When I opened the new one, I set it next to the original. They looked virtually identical. I'm not referring to the design, because they are the same model. The white color hasn't faded and we don't seem to have a problem with soap splatter so it is hard to tell the new one from the old one.I understand some people have had charging issues and motor failures but my experience has been very positive.

I purchase this July 2, 2024, and it quit working on Sept 9th, 2024. So…it worked for just under two months. I am very disappointed because I really loved the way the dispenser worked, while it worked. No warranty, of course, and no recourse after about a month ago.I contacted the seller and told them it quit working after two months. They said they have a two year Warren the product and would replace the dispenser if faulty. I sent them a video of it not working, and they helped me to get it working again. Apparently, it won’t work when recharging, but once the cord has been disconnected, it worked again. So far, it is working fine. So, I am changing my review because of the excellent customer service of the seller, 1 BY BROS.

I can’t tell you how much I love this dispenser. I live it so much I have 3 in my home! Purchased 3 for my daughter and my granddaughter ask for one to take to her college dorm. So sanitary, you won’t ever want to go back to any other system. No touching! No germs, easy to fill, use. Perfect size even for small spaces. Haven’t had to replace any so far! Good quality! Nice color, style. Doesn’t look out of place and soap smells so good.

We are big fans of auto foam soap dispensers. Previously purchased several that were battery operated and did not work for long. The last one was "okay" but going thru batteries far too quickly. THIS product is perfect - USB charging, holds that charge a LONG time, two different soap amounts, doesn't take up too much space, attractive. VERY HAPPY.
