Excellent product
It has lots of different modes, very loud. Easy to use and I didn’t even realise it a Bluetooth speaker too, I got it just for the white noise machine. So quids in. Well worth the money! Very happy with purchase.

Very disappointing end product
In terms of looks, probably one of the better looking sound/noise machines out there on Amazon. From the off, you have some good features, such as USB c charging (I've used it continuously plugged in and turned on) and Bluetooth (not used this). Those are the only good things about this device. Now on to the negatives, as I have said in the majority of my time in owning this, I have hardly used the power button (as I leave it on to continuously run) even still after a few uses my power button and next button have become stuck.Unfortunately the stuck buttons aren't the worst issue that I've faced with with product. For a sound/noise machine you'd expect to get a few but somewhat high quality loops of sound, not the case here sadly.Although sound output is good in terms of loudness (volume is adjustable), I've found some of the actual white noise tracks on this device to be of very poor quality. Some tracks aren't in a perfect loop, as in you can tell when it starts and stops by a brief silence.I've noticed some tracks, to have people talking in the background, although it isn't clear what they're saying, it's nonetheless still distracting. One of my favourite tracks being the waves coming into motion at various strengths has an audible and again distracting click. Some tracks have juddering or crackling and this leads to an overall poor product.I can't recommend this product in anyway based on my experience. Functionally a sound/ noise machine should have good high quality sound, there may be a few on this device that are good but the overall quality control of sound/ noises on this, let this device down.If you're planning on uses the buttons on a regular basis or even wanting to turn on/off the devices, i can't recommend this as I've said the buttons will get stuck (other reviews mention this also).Overall I don't think it's worth purchasing. Especially at the price of £30 for a noise machine that has very poor quality of noise loops and will most likely become non-functional (power button breaks/ gets stuck) with regular use.1 star for a good design that looks good on a bedside table and that's it. Seriously avoid this e-waste based on my reporting of this product.

Autistic toddlers sleep aid
Update: If you ahve trouble contact the comapny directly. Company emailed me right back and sent me out a new Lull as well as postage labels to send the old one back as they take QC seriously. I really appreciate this and everything was so incredibly prompt and handled beautifully. Matt 's customer service was amazing. I have had no issues with the new one and my twins are sleeping soundly with theyre much needed regulator. Thank you so much.Previous review: I am currently struggling to make it turn on after 2 weeks of amazing use. Absolutely love it. I have emailed their customer service to ask what I should try or do as I am quite frustrated. I will update this as we connect with the company. Honestly so bummed I am having issues cause it is a beautiful machine and has so many options. My autistic twins love it.

Great range of sounds but can be unreliable turning back on
UPDATE: There was a problem with the power button and the customer service reached out to send a replacement free of charge. Excellent service, new one works perfectly. This white noise machine has a wide range of sounds including lots of different frequencies of pure white noise, including those without the higher frequencies which might irritate some. This is specifically what I was looking for since the constant white noise is what works best.It can get fairly high in volume although I've used other machines that get louder. The build quality is good with nice grey fabric feel that fits into bedroom decor much nicer than a white plastic unit which is how most white noise machines are designed. If you want something that you won't notice in the room then this is ideal. It also says in the documentation that it is produced by a British company and the packaging is eco-friendly and nicely presented. One downside is the power button is annoying to press as it is almost flush with the unit, and it doesn't always work to turn the unit on, sometimes requiring a very long or hard press to actually activate. I've taken to just turning the volume down to 0 and leaving it on rather than fiddling about with trying to turn it on every night. The unit also seems to be supposed to run on battery and the instructions mention that you shouldn't leave it plugged in which seems ridiculous. I use it solely for the white noise function but it does also have other sounds like water and forest and so on. However these soundscapes are not that relaxing - most of them feature obtrusive louder sounds that make the loop obvious, which makes them basically unusable. If you are looking for something with e.g. relaxing rain sounds then I would look elsewhere.Pros- Nice fabric design, fits unobtrusively- Easy volume control- Wide range of different soundscapes- Lots of white noise frequency options- Can run on battery- Uses USB-C connectionCons- Power button is awkward and unreliable- Battery/plugged in usage recommendation seems silly- The soundscape noises (rainfall etc) have obtrustive louder sounds within them which are distracting and make the loop much more noticeable.

lasted around two weeks read all reviews
Failed to turn on after two weeks seems a common problem, for some reason people are giving a four or five star review even though they can not turn in on ......bizarre .Edit after returning item to amazon the supplier contacted us and sent out a new one free of charge so I have increased the rating from one to three ,still don't like the on switch as you have to old it in for around 5 seconds before it turns on a nice simple on off and volume dial like you use to get would be nice but thats beyond China . Would I have bought this item ...no as I hate the hassle of returning, normally I just bin it but £35 was a lot for a fail within weeks .Very good customer service though !
