Works plug and play
Mazda 3 2005 took entertainment system out plugged in and tested aux to my pixel 9 pro and worked fine, plugged aux in to a Bluetooth receiver and was able to connect to the Bluetooth receiver via pixel 9 pro and works fine would recommend for a quick cheap fix for aux connection
