Q: I purchased this yesterday and used oil (mixed with water) as instructed. Smells lovely! But is it meant to bubble and boil on top?

have wax melts in mine, not used oil and water but it does gets hot and steam comes off the top but it doesnt bubble ...maybe try the wax and see how it goes .

Q: Is the oil burner includes tea light spoon?

it doesn't have a separate spoon. It is quite small too but perfect for burning scented oil

Q: Can this be used for melts or just oil?

I done a test with melts that I make and sell and you do get a little bit of ‘smoke’ with melts but it’s just the fragrance oil burning off

Q: What colour is the owl? I’m looking for an off white/cream one to match one I already have. Thank you

It is not cream colour and it not white either. Off white is a good description.
