About 6 months ago I bought a pair of Smartwool underwear I will say they are very comfortable although I was a bit uncomfortable spending $50 on pair of underwear. My entire life I’ve just bought the cheapest value pack of Hanes underwear at Walmart and they have done me right I’ve got pairs that are 4 years old still going strong. This leads me to the Smartwool pair I got about 6 months ago. They already have a big hole in the crotch with very minimal wear and I feel as if I spend 50 dollars on a pair of underwear they should easily outlast the cheapest underwear at Walmart. Unfortunately that’s not the case, even though I’ve had great success wearing their socks for years now but I digress. 50 dollars almost feels like highway robbery at this point I’m about 95% sure I could spend 50 dollars on value packs of underwear today and never have to buy underwear again in my life. If you’re considering buying this you better be rich, or never spend 50 bucks on this pair of underwear.

I had no idea that underwear could be this comfortable. The old version of boxers from back in the day were very unsatisfactory, so I have been a" briefs guy" for all of my adult life......and I am 72! But I have never found a brand that was completely right. So, because of my satisfaction with Smartwool socks, when I learned that Smartwool made underwear, I gave these a try. I have been converted. They are expensive, but they are certainly worth it.
