So, let me say that I am older and out of shape. This stool tends to give me a bit of pain since I'm stiff, I guess. We all sit on the toilet and read our phones. Its not comfortable at all for me to read my phone while using this. So far, I haven't noticed that it greatly helps me in any way. I was hoping for more of a situation where there was less haz-mat cleanup since it apparently puts you in a better position for things to flow cleanly and unhindered... but it hasn't really helped in that way either.I'm sure the science works. We all know cave men would have squatted. And they've done it in some Asian countries to this day.... I am just in pain as a 62 year old who isn't in shape due to various disease processes. For someone younger, I'm sure this wouldn't be pulling their muscles in the same way it pulls on mine.Aesthetically, its really the prettiest one I've seen and I can use it for a quick step stool if needed in the bedroom. I'm glad I didn't get one of those taller ones as it would have been too tall and hurt more. Plus the "adjustable" ones sound special but nobody is going to want to adjust these things up and down. The original from 20-30 years ago was 7" so that's likely the size that they found worked best for most people.I'm not removing any stars as its well made. I'm just not sure its any better than leaning forward on your elbows as many people do while reading their phone...

I use this stool for multiple uses and not only in the bathroom. A very useful purchase and I'm glad I bought it. Perfect height, very sturdy and stable.

The media could not be loaded. I like this step stool for its quality and functionality. It’s glossy white plastic that doesn’t have sharp corners nor edges, that makes it very easy to clean w moist cloth. The legs are also plastic made to look like bamboo, which complements my decor. It has a nice weight to it while still remaining fairly lightweight and doesn’t feel cheap.The top has some texture (see photos).The assembly was simple (just snapping legs in place,( just make sure to place them right as two of them were a bit smaller than two other legs)The legs have rubber pads to prevent the stool from sliding on its own and also prevents scratching the tile floor.It easily supports 130 lb person standing on it.Overall happy w purchase and definitely would recommend.The only negative is that it doesn’t fully fits flash w the toilet pedestal as some other stools, but it’s not a big deal.

I was going to order a collapsible stool, but I knew that I would probably use it as a step stool, & the collapsible stool, with my luck, would do just that….COLLAPSE!!! This one is made very well, and it isaesthetically pleasing….which I know, is a weird comment ab a bathroom stool! Ha!!The wooden legs are the only thing u have to assemble, AND the legs are numbered, & so are the holes in the stool. Be sure and look at the one page instructions for placement of the feet.Also, the packaging, from the factory, is probably the nicest of anything I have ever ordered.I would order this again, & I would also buy for my family.

I like the look of this stool, a little more elegant than most; and, I also liked the fact that is can be used as a step for the top of the cupboard. The legs were difficult to fit in though, with use they settled in.
