This will not show outside the cement.

Q: How much fiber per bag of concrete? Or the weight ratio of fiber to concrete? I read typically its 3% of total weight.

We added about 4 pinches of fiber per bag. Not a precise measurement but worked for us. Amount was recommended by a long time mason.
