I used these for a while, but came to realise there were more efficient ways of getting the same vitamins from other sources- and took them out of my daily supplements, as other ones contained the same ingredients. Super easy to swallow tablets, so would recommend for people who struggle with that, and especially if you only need Folic acid/B9/B12
