You will need an adapter leave out the details because they have different plugs in the United States thanks to this seller leaving out important details like that!!?

It is exactly the same PSU as US version except power cord
I am not sure why there is a reviewer saying it won't achieve the same performance when plug in an US outlet.The spec clearly says it accept input 100-240vAC, 47-63Hz. UK uses ~230v 50hz while US uses ~120v 60Hz. So this is the same PSU except for the power cord plug. You can purchase a NEMA 5-15P to IEC-320-C13 power cord for $10 on Amazon.Just remember, PSU running on 230v is ALWAYS going to be more efficient than the same PSU running on 110v. Wrong power cord for US
Received with UK power cord. Had to order the correct cord for US. type: NEMA 5-15P to IEC C19 Power Cable - 14AWG SJT (125V 15A). Vendor should specify power cord type compatibility!

NOT COMPATIBLE IN USA
This item has a UK plug. You can get an adapter, but due to current and voltage limits in the USA, this model will not even come close to the correct performance. Just go with a different model than this one. And especially DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They left out the information on which countries this item doesn't work in on purpose to trick people from the USA into buying it.It also doesn't come with PCle 5 support, so it doesn't work with current gen motherboards at the time of this review.
