I purchased one of these locally as nearly new from somebody was downsizing. They had lost the little lug that is used to hold the cutting cones in place and we have a sort of solution that makes it work. I thought it would be nice to have the proper part so tried to find a supplier of spares - no luck. Eventually I found a contact page on FB so I messaged the so called Customer Service team to ask if they would sell me a replacement lug or where I could get one. Every response was that they wanted the 17 digit purchase order number - which of course I do not have and I am not sure that you would even get when purchasing from various sources. After 3 attempts to explain I was not wanting a freebie but that I wanted to buy the piece in question, the final words from the are "Sorry, the 17-digit order number is the most important information, otherwise after-sales service will not be possible."Fore warned is fore armed!!
