Battery fits perfectly. The tool kit is a bit overboard. But value meets expectations

Most useless product EVER! Battery connection does NOT stay in place, and eventually pops loose requiring you to tear your phone to reconnect. I've had to wedge something in between the connection tab and the piece the frame that screws down to keep it in place, and this is the SECOND of their batteries in less than a year, and phone is once again dying and constantly shutting down despite being fully charged. The lower the battery gets, the more it reboots, until it just won't stay on period, until you charge it to 100%. By the time it hits 67% it just completely shuts down and won't turn on! So sick of it! Buyer beware! Choose a different brand! These SUCK!

I ordered this because I had understood that my phone battery had died. Actually, the problem was NOT the battery but the block that plugs into the wall for the charger. I decided to keep the new battery so I will be ready when if fails. It is 3 years old now. Why should I pay the postage to return it and then pay again to hopefully be able to obtain another?
