Do you find yourself asking...
I'm really into carnival themed items right now, wouldn't it be awesome to own some carnival themed items? Yes, yes it would. This kit is great. The end product is adorable and works as depicted. Can't read, are you really more a visual learner? No worries! The instructions are basically just pictures.Now, you may find some pieces a little tough to put together. Easy, just rub that handy dandy wax (included) on them. Don't know your own strength? Same. You might break a couple pieces, but luckily the kit comes with some extras. If all else fails use some wood glue (not included). Overall a fun kit to work on.

Worth the time and cuss words.
The media could not be loaded. I've just recently started building these types of models. And so far this one is my favorite. I did break a few pieces that I couldn't glue back together myself (but I did glue a lot of broken pieces lol, and the glue worked fine for most), but the company will replace any missing or damaged pieces. Whether it came damaged or you damaged them yourself. Some of the pieces are very fragile. The company will replace them for free. You just pay a $5 shipping charge. I can't wait to start the next one

Great Kit
The instructions are fairly good; although you have to guess in a few steps. The kit requires patience AND a gentle hand. Some reviewers say to sand the un-printed side to better release the pieces from the plywood sheets. I would instead recommend a sharp, pointed Exacto knife. You leave more material on an already thin piece of wood. The kit is beautifully designed and fits together without glue. Not really for children.

Challenging but fun to build
Review of ROKR Swing RideI have built six ROKR 3D wooden puzzles and I have enjoyed everyone. They were all challenging to assemble, some more than others, but all were very satisfying to work on. The Swing Ride had many delicate pieces that were difficult to work with, but patience and gentle handling resulted in a well-built end product. Well worth the money spent. I completed this puzzle with little difficulty in about 12 hours. A few of the instructions were vague and misleading, however, careful analysis of the parts and locations associated with the vague instructions resulted in correct installations. Two important tools to have on hand for this and all other ROKR puzzles are various x-acto knifes and a good tweezer. When I completed building the Swing Ride everything worked beautifully and this puzzle has been placed on my fireplace mantle with some of the other ones I have built (couldn’t fit the Pin Ball Machine on the mantle). By the way, my grandkids love watching all of these products work and listening to the music…As do many visiting adults!

Good project
This was well thought out and the instructions were clear, if sometimes out of order. I liked the test to see if everything (gears, speaker, and lights) were working early on. So if it wasn't you could go back and see what was wrong without having to tear a bunch of work down.Two issues I encountered:-some pieces are flimsy. Most notably the arms for the chairs. Be careful when taking them out and attaching to other pieces. There are spares included which helps.-the instructions were illogical in a couple places and I had to rearrange them to get them to work. Like putting the piece with the chairs onto the ride before attaching the counterweight screws. The instructions call for adding the screws first meaning you either have to get someone to hold this for you or switch the order you put things together. I had no issues when I needed to change the order of the instructions and only needed to do this a couple of times.Due to this I would say this kit isn't for beginners. You should have done at least one or two other kits first.As my pictures show you can color this. I used paint, pens, and markers. All worked fine on the wood. There are intricate designs and some flimsy pieces that wouldn't take paint. I recommend using mostly pens or markers with fine points.

Excellent puzzle take some intelligence to build
This took a few hours, slowly to follow the directions. Everything was well explained after a little bit of paint. It looks beautiful and moves greatly.

Actually very impressive
The media could not be loaded. My Aunt loves these! 1st time I have ordered from this company. Easy instructions for an advanced wood puzzle builder. Definitely worth the purchase. I hope to see more from them.

Fun build
The media could not be loaded. This was such a fun build. Some pieces are very small and hard to hold onto and some are thin and easily broken. You have to take your time and be careful but its worth it.
