I bought this for my father. Writing the review after 4 months of use. Both the devices are working perfectly with good sound amplification.My father needs only one device for indoor/outdoor usage. Battery life is great. It lasts 5 days on continuous usage including recharges.Best feature is that, volume can be adjusted by adjusting the circular button.

This hearing aid machine is really amazing. I had ordered many hearing aids before this but all of them had some technical problem but this one is really wonderful.

Stopped working after 3 monthd

Purchased for my dad and it's satisfied. Nice hearing aid with charging provision. Recommending to have a convinient sound for the elder people.

I bought this few days ago. I was searched for a smaller one with good rating & found this product.This hearing aid machine works well. But slight hiss sound is coming. Design is decent enough for the price. Will update in future if i found any bug in it. 1 star reduced due to the hiss sound.

It doesn’t stay in the ears, falls off with slight movements

It is not only damm Cheap but also working like a machine costing ₹60k. I took a chance after market survey and before purchasing similar machine which costs around ₹60000 in the market which is controlled by hear.com & Siemens Signia brand.I am quite happy so far. It is working nicely. HA and it's charger is working satisfactorily since last three months.Let me see how long does it work.A major issue with this product is it's repair and servicing. Nothing is mentioned about it's repair and servicing in the Amazon site. Seller and manufacturer must guide their customers in this aspect. If they can provide services then other giants or looters will be side lined.07/07/24: It is now seven months, I am using the HA machine without any problem.However, two shortfall I have noticed, 1. It is quite bigger which can not be inserted in to the ear canal. Since it is protruding out side, it is clearly visible to others but there is no hinderence for proper working for this.2. It doesn't have noise cancellation property so does not cancel unwanted sorrouding sound like fans sound, traffic noise etc..Very much cost effective.9.01.25: Once again I am reviewing the product. It was ok but very short lived. Now one piece doesn't retain charge. Continuosly it is being charged and get hot but while using it discharge within few hours. This problem could be sorted out but there is no mention about service centre in the product description. Therefore, we have no option but to throw it out.It has not yet completed one year. So I have reduced the stars.25.02.25: probably it is my last leg of review.After searching from Google I could get the contact number of the seller, Fastwell. After several trying I could reach out to the representative of the company. He said me to send the machine to them through courier, they will repair it. But today I went to nearby courier agent (DHL, Blue dart). They asked for ₹500 as courier charges for such a tiny medical item. I must expess sorry for the courier agent, the seller and obviously myself for such situations.Is it justified to spend ₹500 for one way courier charges for a tiny item price of which is only ₹1250?It is an Warning for purchasers as well as seller's. Such arrangements can not sustain. If the brand doesn't have service centres in all major cities, their products can not be sold for long.4.03.25: I am once again adding the latest updates in my review. After informing the incident of high courier charges, they advised me to send it to them through the courier "Delhivery". So I tried and they charged me ₹149 courier charges for sending the defective piece. So, I sent it through Delhivery. Today they have received it and ask me to pay ₹750 for a new piece. That means, I have to spend another ₹1050 (150+150+750) . They are saying it is replacement so no warranty on this replacement item. That means if it doesn't work or work for few days all the money and effort will go in vein. So I haven't accepted their offer and asked them not to send the replacement as well as not to return my old & defective piece which will incur courier charges once again.Including all the proceedings in my review to alert the future customers.

Nice earing aid now he can hear very clearly, Battery is very goodVery easy to use even In outdoor and for aged people it's very simple has it has just a single button
