I work out doors,great for keeping cool but helps with sun.Little tight on my upper arm,took some getting use to.not sure how a male could wear them,but would great for me.

Comes with a pack of 4, but still haven't needed to open the other 3 packs. First one is still lasting well, even after months of regular using (for cycling) and machine wash after each use.
