Muscle Milk protein powder is one of my go-tos. It tastes great—smooth and not chalky—and the tub size gives you plenty of servings at a good price. Each scoop packs a solid amount of protein, making it perfect for post-workout recovery or a quick meal replacement.I like mixing it with almond milk or adding it to smoothies with banana and peanut butter for a more filling shake. It also works surprisingly well in protein pancakes or overnight oats for an extra boost. Works great in protein dessert recipes with Greek yogurt doesn't get all gummy like some other powders do!Highly recommend if you're looking for a tasty, reliable protein powder that fits into different parts of your routine!

Excellent Flavor
Tastes good and is a reasonable price. It also mixes very nicely and doesn't require a lot of shaking like some of the other protein powders on the market.

Adequate Protein Supplement
Received promptly and safely. Protein supplement as described / depicted, and seem fit for purpose. Did not care for Cookies & Cream flavor, but tolerable. Unnecessary sugar content. No issues transaction.

Gritty and difficult to mix
The flavor was good however I found it to be very gritty and difficult to mix. Also it seems like you need to use more of it.

Perfect shake
Cannot beat muscle milk for post or pre workout snack , packed with protein mixes easily and always smooth. Ounce for ounce the amount of protein to calorie ratio is hard to beat . I use it as meal replacements since having gastric sleeve and after workouts to stay fit and not gain . My son usesIt for protein as he is a college athlete and must maintain mass as an offensive lineman at a D1 program, we seriously need a sponsorship from these guys as much product as we use

The only protein my son would take
My son is extremely picky. Looked for something to help him gain a little bit of weight. This is the only one he was able to mix and drink.
