2nd one. 1st over 2yrs still no issues. Very well built. Pairs quickly with phone. If I'm on the phone when I enter car it switches over smoothly to mirror when car starts. Everything included for install. Sound quality is good on speaker and can get higher volume than needed. Callers say it sounds good on their end. I've streamed radio channel to it that wasn't available locally and it does fine. Not like your normal stereo speakers but very good for phone and also streaming in a pinch. Mirror is solid and adjust properly with no vibration or movement once adjusted just like a factory mirror or better. Slightly larger view than my factory mirror which is nice for field of view but not noticeably larger in appearance. Nothing I would change except maybe a slightly smaller microphone. Not a better quality unit to be had. A++

This looks like a very good product, but it is not what I want. I previously had a wireless Bluetooth mirror and it was very good. I do not know how to install this one and am confused by all the wires. Can you help me please. I am not saying that your product is not good - I just do not know what to do with all the wires. Thank you for any help you can give me. If I had one complaint, it would be that you did not include a number for your customer service.

I installed this in a 2003 F150 supercrew shortbed. Very solid product. Easy install. My radio does not have the audio hook ups in the back so my sound runs through the mirror and at this time I am pleased with the sound. It will show numbers but not names of contacts. You can play your music through the mirror via the bluetooth. The image from the camera is good quality and a good size. I can easily see what’s behind me. Overall very happy with the mirror.

Ease of installation is subjective to your skill set and vehicle. The mirror is a good quality product that I like, but there are things that can be vastly improved. Even on the brightest setting the monitor is almost useless in sunlight. The mirror does not contain any volume controls which is strange considering one buys a Bluetooth mirror/device so they don't have to use their phone while driving, but in order to adjust the volume on the mirror you have to adjust the volume on your phone (so much for hands free). The microphone in my opinion is rather large and difficult to conceal. I wish they made a small one. I don't know if I would purchase this mirror again.

I installed this mirror setup with a backup camera to modernize my 04 Expedition. I didnt want to upgrade my nav radio. To me this was easy to install and way cheaper than the Ford add on kit. I even modified the compass module and relocated it into the overhead console. The screen is clear and bluetooth works great. Luv my new mod.
