Bought this product after looking at the review and some youtube videos. It worked right out the bottle and easy to use. I used it once and it had removed a lot of black gunk and mildew. I later realized that I should use it again which I did and then It had remove the rest of the remaining black tiny bits of gunk. Once was not enough in my case but the second use did the trick. I am going to get another bottle once I run out of the first because this is my go to product for cleaning jet stream tubs.

No matter how many times I did the process, more and more would still come out the next time. So idk how great it does or doesnt work but yeah. I did it like 5 times and just stopped and every time I kept getting grime and crud coming out. So yeah I guess it works, but i was hoping for less applications of the prduct. Idk how much crap was in the tub before me but it seemed to get it a lot out. I would probably order again.

We just bought a home with a jetted tub and my wife was worried about using it, so we bought this product. You should know that the first time around, there was little gunk coming from the jets, but the second time brought out quite a bit, and the same for the third time, but much less. If you buy this product (and I do recommend it), you should use it several times initially. Don't be fooled by little gunk the first time you use it.It also has a pleasing smell. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I recently moved into a new (to me) home that has a jacuzzi tub. I know it was well used by the previous owners, so I wanted to give it a good clean. This is amazing - and I feel good knowing that the stuff in cannot see in the pipes has been cleaned thoroughly. After using it as directed I filled the tub a second time without cleaner just to flush out the pipes. My tub looks great and smells great.

It looks like it cleans well but I'm not too sure as I performed the recommended cleaning 3x, in a row, and it still made a mess of my tub. Wasn't willing to run it a 4th time but when I went to take a bath dirt came up and I had to abandon my bath/jacuzzi. So, will this product really clean on the first try and allow me to use my tub or will it constantly bring up so much dirt that I will no longer have a jacuzzi to use???Also, there are warnings about harsh chemicals but nowhere does it state to properly ventilate or use gloves. It should be on there as the fumes are strong.I'd love a response from the manufacturer on my review...
