Yes for both. The recurring visit can be scheduled without a specific end date. You can always cancel the schedule when you have a different employee. The system allows double booking in case you have different employees to access and you don't know who would arrive first. In addition, if you have a visitor who stops by without scheduling ahead, you can remotely release the keys for him/her. More detailed instructions can be found in our user manual.

Q: Can you control and operate more than one lockbox on the manager app

Yes, you can control and manage as many Lubn Key Lockboxes as you need on the Manager APP.

Q: How much is lte service after the free 12 months?

I think the subscription information listed with this item is not correct. I visited the Lubn website and on their pricing page, they say an Access account is $39.95 /month! They make no mention of a free account or a $9.00 account. $39.95/month is just too much to pay for this service.

Q: How long does it take to charge? I charged it overnight using the supplied cable. It is flashing green. The app says it is very low battery
