Did I need it, no? Am I happy with it, yes. It's sturdy, holds the record well, not too big, and looks good. I did oil mine a bit.Would make a nice gift.

This isn’t the fanciest of album holders but the shape was right. It’s nice enough and I turned it into a special gift for a couple of special people. I’ll add my photo so you can see. Let’s just say the recipients had nothing like it. I do recommend it and if you can think of ways to make it extra special, do it.

I love the this. It is perfect next to my record player so that I can look at the record cover while I am listening to that record. I have even bought my dad and brother one of these. You know you want it, just buy it. You will not regret it.

This is a good addition to our collection, and probably a better idea than me putting on a record and tossing the case somewhere random nearby, considering my dog has definitely jumped onto an album cover or 2. Low profile so it doesn't distract from the artwork and thick enough that you can use it to hold a double album. I saw one person asked if it can hold up dvd cases so I checked and yes, the slot is wide enough for a standard dvd case.

Gave it to my hubby as part of an anniversary gift. He loves it. It’s for our new growing audio room. Solid wood, sturdy, printing is a very clear terrific piece.

This is great for when you want to show off your current album that’s playing. It is well made but easy to store. Love how I can display my album that’s spinning.

Purchased for a gift, so I haven’t set a record in it myself. But it’s heavy enough, words on it are well carved, very cool!
