Temp clamp broke after second use. Looking to see if they sell replacements. Otherwise this thing is great. It does all the calculations for you. No more converting psi to temp and subtracting temp etc. love this thing.

I bought this to replace my 15 year old Imperial gauge set. After pulling vacuum the micron gauge said one reading and the vacuum function on this set was way off and had to keep getting calibrated. There is some leaking in the manifold or hose set that came with it as my system was tight and over night it lost vacuum on the gauge/hose part. I ended up rebuilding my Imperial set and Yellojacket hoses and I could pull past 500 micron and keep the system there. This would probably work for a DIY or if you don't care how well your HVAC system is cleaned out then go ahead and purchase it. If you want to get a good digital gauge set spend the money on a name brand.

Automatic subcooling and superheat calculations!... need i say more other than I wish it included the required batteries... I am like a kid and get very frustrated when the batteries are not included

This digital gauge set works well and appears to be accurate. I used my trusty old analog gauge set on a car and then put this gauge on the same car. The measurements from both gauges read alike. This doesn’t mean these gauges are laboratory accurate, but great for anyone working on HVAC systems. The great thing is that these gauges work for so many different types of refrigerants. The quarter turn shut off valves are quick and easy to turn. The center hose has a schrader valve which, allows for purging air out of the hose before filling up the system with refrigerant. The backlight function is great for working in attics and basements with low light.The included hoses seem to be good quality and have nice, built-in wing nuts to help give leverage when tightening and loosening the hose ends. Great for DIYers that don’t want to spend too much money.

Odd they rate these hoses at 3000PSI (Ha!) yet at 78 PSI they leak at the crimp.The hose itself MAY take that pressure but no point in all that if the crimp joint is garbage!Sent it back and bought same type of unit from another seller and bought a Yellow Jacket hose set!Sadly the yellow Jacket hoses cost more than this manifold set!
