very disappointing
I have used several curcumin supplements so I do have a comparison. This product is basically ineffective for me. It is expensive, the delivery of having to use “10 pumps” is just silly, and all in all I feel like I wasted my money.

My joint pained lessened but I got constipated which is one of its side-effects. Thus, I stopped.
