Perfect Paella
All of the negative reviews for this paella pan come from people who simply don’t know how to use or care for it properly.I'm from Valencia, Spain—now living in the U.S.—and these pans are made just a few miles from my hometown. They’re the exact same kind my mom uses every weekend to cook the best paella on the planet. These pans are made of carbon steel, so yes, they will rust if not properly maintained—but if you take care of them, they will last for many, many years.To maintain them, scrub thoroughly with a Scotch-Brite pad after each use. If you notice any rust, use a bit of white vinegar to clean it off, then rinse well. Dry the pan very thoroughly with paper towels, then apply a thin layer of oil and spread it evenly with another paper towel. For smaller pans, I store them in a trash bag in a dry place to protect from humidity.Before using the pan again after storage, just do the same: clean it well, and if there's any rust, use white vinegar and rinse. That’s all it takes to keep it in great shape.Keep in mind: these pans are not meant to be used on stovetops, as the bottom is not flat. They’re designed to be used with special paella burners or over an open flame, which is how they’re traditionally used in Spain.If you’re looking for something easier to clean and maintain, I recommend the enamel-coated pans (black with white dots). They don’t rust and are low maintenance. That said, the flavor isn’t quite the same. Some people may not notice, but in my experience, the taste is different—and it’s harder to get a good socarrat (the crispy bottom layer of rice) with those.You can see a picture of my pan, ready to use after being stored all winter following these steps. It has been used many times and still looks like new.Also, you can see another picture of my arròs del senyoret cooked with this pan—it came out perfect.

No era lo que esperaba tan pronto
Desafortunadamente este producto no resultó como esperaba. Visualmente el producto es agradable a la vista y pareciera de una consistencia sólida y de buena calidad. Durante mi primer uso la paellera se obscureció completamente por lo que me sentí decepcionado ya que esperaba que esto ocurría después de al menos tres usos es notable destacar que el valor del producto es el mejor del mercado comparado contra otros productos aunque desconozco si su calidad está relacionada con el precio Cabe destacar que este tipo de productos tienen oscurecerse aunque no tan rápido como este tengo recomendaciones limitadas hacia este producto

Me gusto mucho mi compra, se debe secar inmediatamente al lavar. Y además conduce el calor rápidamente

Very bad material it's corroded after the first use 😠
The media could not be loaded. I only use ones and after washed with water and soap is all corroded, and the worst part is that I couldn't returned because I was too busy. 😠
