Makes excellent paella
I bought this for my first foray into making paella, and was very pleased. I wanted just a small bag of rice to see if we actually like this variety (we’re a foodie family with strong opinions on different types of rice; I don’t think normal people care as much about different rice varieties as we do, lol). This was excellent in paella. I have not tried it yet in other dishes, but we all found the flavor and texture to be excellent and it was easy to cook with.

Perfect paella rice!
Delicious and perfect for recreating the paella dish we learned how to make while visiting Valencia! I am very pleased with the taste, texture, and quality. I highly recommend this brand.
