I have a pinched nerve in my neck and decompression helps relieve the pain that I live with on a day-to-day basis. Unfortunately, it does not take the tingly numb filling out of my thumb that I will probably die with. But if you have a pinched nerve and you need any decompression, I would buy this. It definitely helps. I do recommend having someone help you because even though you can take it off and put it on by yourself it’s definitely easier to have someone else who can see what they’re doing assist.

This product did not come close to fitting my neck. It was three inches short of being able to latch. I think this was made for small women and men.

WOW! I instantly felt the pressure lift in my neck. The manual crank, the tightening of the knob in the back to the manual air pump all working together is the best feeling and relief ever! No neck massage can do what this brace does. I will use it EVERYDAY! Little uncomfortable on my jawline so I only do 5-10 minutes at a time which sometimes is all you need to feel relief. I would give it 5 stars but have to give this 4 stars because the description wasn’t exactly clear. My arms are short so I have a hard time getting it situated on my neck properly. I also have a very small neck and the description wasn’t very clear for people with a “no-neck”. I don’t have to pump it up more than 1 time to feel it working. When I get it on correctly, it’s great. But I can tell when it’s not on right because I have to manhandle it a little.

This must be made for a child or girl with a long neck. I consider myself an average adult male, but this collar doesn’t even come close. I had a hospital collar on once with no problem fitting me with it. So it’s not like I’m out of range.
