The media could not be loaded. Pretty much exactly the fan I wanted. I have a couple utilitech fans from lowes that basically create a tornado in the room. I wanted a fan that had a gentle ceiling fan type lazy breeze. This fan on night mode does that perfectly. It’s super quiet and puts out a light breeze as it oscillates about 120°.The other three speeds are great too. The fastest turbo speed I will never use but puts out plenty of airflow.The fan has small lights that light up when you have it on turbo or night mode.The dimensions listed are wrong, the fan is 23” high by 14” wide. The base is plastic but once you have the fan set up it seems fine and is not wobbly at all. You have to assemble the base, back cage, fan blade and front cage. It’s quite easy to assemble and you just need a phillips head screwdriver for the bottom cage screw.Only change I would make is I wish the control plate was silver like the cage. Not a big deal but aesthetically I think that would make the fan look better.Included a video of running through the 4 speeds.

Great quiet fan, easy to put together and perfect size for bedside table.

At the lowest setting it’s super quiet, but just right to move the air in an air conditioned home. Higher settings get progressively louder but never too loud to grate on our nerves. Love the natural setting option and ease of setting the timer. Easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning, not like those bladeless tower fans. Yes it’s more expensive, but the quality of the materials and motor show. This fan looks like something we’ll have for several years.

I have a lot of fans but saw this one in a “best of” listing that seemed credible, then went through the comments here. I have central air but I run hot and often didn’t feel cool enough upstairs in my bedroom, even with a Vornado and a generic pedestal fan aimed right on me. I bought the white pedestal Rowenta and have been comfortable ever since. It really is cooler. And extremely quiet. The various setting are great, and I love the little remote and use it all the time. I’d dreaded summer coming due to hot sleeping and can’t believe I found such a well designed, solid fan that really made a difference. It costs more than my other fans, but they all seem worthless now, although I’ll still use them for circulating air in certain rooms.

I've owned a lot of fans. Just about every brand out there and this is the best by far. This is my first Rowenta brand fan and I have to say I'm impressed. Yes, Dyson fans are very nice but also very expensive and don't offer the features that this one does.I had it assembled in less than 15 minutes and I took my time. I'm not sure why other people reviewing this have struggled with it.Best Remote: The remote works from across the room and at a good arc. Another great feature is that it will remember the last setting. It has all the same buttons as the on-board control panel including oscillation. This is fantastic when the wife complains about the air on her; you can just stop it from turning from your recliner across the room.The grille and fan blades are easy to remove for cleaning. The base is weighted to avoid tipping and the fan's stand extends with the push of a lever, no cumbersome lock ring.This fan's best feature is how quiet it runs. Only at its higher settings will you hear it. In what it refers as Natural mode, it is perfect for nurseries.I have to deduct one star from an otherwise great product and that's due to the auto-shutoff not initiated by the user which other reviewers have complained about. I'm puzzled as to why it does that.Only time will tell how well it holds up, if it doesn't I will update accordingly.

I can honestly say this is the best oscillating fan I have ever owned. Great power/velocity when you need it and super quiet when you want it. Substantial motor, on the heavy side which is good as far as I am concerned. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. I Would highly recommend.

I put my fan together today, it's a nice looking fan and well made-ish as well its quiet-ish...BUT whats with the turbo Ad, its just the same as my old fan, theres nothing turbo about this fan. The fan controls consist of On, Off, Low Speed, Higher Speed..doesnt take a genius to run it, oh well...But I'll make due and keep it because its like pulling teeth to return anything here. But goodluck just trying to get an answer on how to check sonething. Ive tried to get a manual so I can find out WHY THIS FAN JUST STOPS FOR NO REASON SO THAT TWICE A DAY I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY TURN IT BACK ON AGAIN OVER AND OVER. Save your money on this one. There are some things that used to be good are not now. Its getting to the point that I cant rely on the Ad for items I buy. You cant get the manual on this you have to buy one. Save your money on this product folks, dont buy it...

The fan is very sturdy and very, very quiet at the lowest setting. Higher speeds are more noisy, but still very smooth and pleasant for white noise. Pushes a lot of air, except for the lowest setting, which is understandable because it's literally 100% silent at its lowest setting.I love the remote, as I can more easily adjust between watching TV (ultra quiet) and sleeping (some white noise).When oscillating, that movement is silent as well.Very sturdy base, exceptional quality, solid, adjustable -- everything I could ever want. Best fan I have ever owned. Only wish it came in black.
