34 inches from shoulder seam to shirt hem. This measurement is after many washes.

I believe the sizes are spot on. I’ve been wearing these for 20 years plus. To give you an idea I’m 6’4” 255lbs and buy the 2XL all the time. I wear them as under shirts.
