Arrived with Damaged Part
One of the wheel caps were detached. Maybe due to shipping. But if normal shipping will cause this, what more when subjected to long haul travelling. Not heavy duty.Design of wheels are not stable, in some movement a little difficult to control that may cause it to fall over.

The telescoping handle is very fragile . They need to improve a lot on quality.. I just returned the product and got full refund.
