I ordered two products from here…when they arrived they were smaller than expected (which is my fault) and spilling a little from the container. It wasn’t much so I didn’t make a huge deal and went on with my day. The manufacturer actually reached out to ME and asked if I was satisfied with product and delivery. After I mentioned what happened, they insisted on sending me a replacement free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience. (Note: The product is fulfilled through amazon, so the spilling wasn’t their fault!) They promptly delivered a replacement to both items and were very kind and responsive the entire time…I’ve truly never experienced customer service to this degree…for this reason, they have just secured and lifetime customer!

I was finally ready to open this and use it. Tried the pump and could not get it to work so I took my old pump off my empty bottle. When I opened this bottle, it was very thick like someone put just straight coconut oil in here. This is NOT the product that should be in this bottle. The original I have is an actual hair oil that is not thick. The bottle on the left in the picture is what i received from Amazon and is not correct. The bottle on the right is my new bottle i purchased from a salon that is the correct consistency. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!

This is my second bottle of this product. I've had good results with it. I enjoy the smell and how it makes my hair feel and look. The only advice I can offer for using it is this. A little goes a long way. Do not use to much of the product.

Love this product, always makes my hair soft and enhances my curls. Doesn’t make my hair feel greasy.

This hair oil is okay. I have used other hair oils before and I have fine hair. It made my hair feel weighted down and stuck together. My hair does not feel softer. This may be better suited for someone with thicker fuller coarse hair. It made my fine hair limp. You do not need to use much as a little goes a long way. This product smells very nice with a coconut smell.

I absolutely love this hair oil. It put it on my hair straight out of the shower, and whether I blow dry or naturally dry my hair it looks shinier, healthier and less frizzy. Oh and the smell. I love the coconut smell. Don’t get too excited though, it is best to be use sparingly. I only used a little the first time and it looked great. The second time I thought that I would use more and it would look even better, NO! I had the oiliest wet look and had to keep my hair up all day. My hair is thick, a bit coarse, and naturally curly and I would recommend this for anyone with my hair type.

Dried out my hair, if you’re looking for moisturizing this is not it.
